Returns Procedure

Once approved, you may be required to deliver the item to our store or arrange for pickup, depending on your location.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been inspected and approved. Depending on the situation, refunds may be processed in one of the following ways:

Installment Purchases (Hire Purchase)

For products purchased on hire purchase (lipa mdogo mdogo):

• Deposits and installments already paid are non-refundable if the return is due to change of mind

• Refunds apply only if the product is faulty, defective, or unavailable as per agreement
